Rosa Maria Malacara

Rosa Maria Malacara, age 87 went to be with our Lord Wednesday, August 7, 2024. Rosa Maria was born August 30, 1936 in Laredo, Texas to the late Manuela Herrera Malacara and Evaristo Malacara. She was a loving and caring daughter, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Rosa Maria was a devoted mother who taught her children hard work and dedication. When raising her children she worked three jobs and would still cook delicious meals. During her off time, she was planting, knitting quilts and took care of her frogs. Rosa Maria had a passion for frogs, she collected planters and fingerings of all kind.
She is preceded in death by her son, John C. Leos III. Rosa maria will be dearly missed by Mario A. Renteria, Diana Renteria, Raquel Renteria, Sandra Renteria, Sylvia R. Godina, Patricia Renteria, Javier Leos and Rene Leos; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives.
