Rosa Rodriguez

Our beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend, Rosa Rodriguez, gained her heavenly wings on April 16, 2022. She was born in Sinaloa, Mexico on September 20, 1937 to parents: Ruperto Inzunza and Eloisa Estrada.

Rosa met and married the love of her life, Genaro (Jerry) Rodriguez in Los Angeles, California. Inseparable, the two shared a union of 42 years. Although a later stage in life, they were blessed to have and raise one daughter together. Their marriage was a reflection of their true love.

Although she was a dedicated homemaker, in her spare time, she would never turn down a game of Bingo.  Her presence at the bingo hall alongside with her husband, was very well known.  She loved her family and grandchildren. She had the opportunity to meet her youngest great-grandchild at the age of 8 months. She will be forever remembered in our hearts.

Rosa is preceded in death by her parents, and her brothers: Manuel Inzunza, Eduardo (Lalo) Inzunza, Francisco (Pancho) Inzunza, Ruperto (Peto) Inzunza, and Antonio (Toño) Inzunza.

She is survived by her beloved husband: Genaro Rodriguez, her daughter: Martha Cecilia Rodriguez-Ballesteros, 3 grandchildren: Shanice Ballesteros, Xavier Ballesteros, and Jaycie Ballesteros; 1 great-grandson: Sebastian Ezekiel Ballesteros, her sisters: Licha Martinez Izunza, and Carmen Solorzano Inzunza; and numerous other close relatives and friends.
