Ruthann Isenberg

Ruthann Isenberg, 71, passed away June 24, 2023. She was born May 1, 1952 in San Antonio, Texas to Edward James Mikulenka and Ann Lockett. She moved to Oklahoma in her later years and that became her second home. Ruthann had a strong work ethic. She loved being a nurse. She was always working trying to provide for her family. Later in life, Ruthann had the opportunity to retire and help with raising her grandchildren. She loved spending time with her family every opportunity she had. Ruthann also enjoyed going to the casinos, spending time outdoors and travelling, especially the long road trips with her twin sister, Maryellen. Ruthann decided to move back to her Texas home later in life. Aside from spending quality time with her sister, Ruthann loved helping her sister out on the farm. One of her favorite “chores” was feeding the cows, often, with bread they had just bought from the store. She also loved just sitting and watching the hummingbird’s feed. She enjoyed nature and seeing the beauty in the small things. Ruthann will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Ruthann is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Ann Mikulenka, and brother, Terry Mikulenka.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Jennifer Isenberg and Tiffany Wilson; twin sister, Maryellen Donatto; brother, Don Mikulenka; and grandchildren, Ryker, Maxwell, Logan, Rhett and Ryder; nephew, Shane and his wife, Becky Graf, and their daughters Scarlet and Sabrina; extended family and friends.
