SFC Juan A. Rodriguez, US Army Ret

Juan A. Rodríguez, nacido el 19 de abril de 1957 en Monterrey, Nuevo León, México, hijo de Jesús Rodríguez y Paulina Sánchez, falleció dejando un legado de honor, amor y servicio que perdurará en quienes tuvieron el privilegio de conocerlo.

Juan fue un hombre profundamente dedicado a su familia y a su país. Sirvió con orgullo en el ejército durante 23 años, retirándose con el rango de Sargento de Primera Clase (E-7). Su sentido del deber, disciplina e integridad lo definieron a lo largo de su vida; siempre hacía lo correcto, sin importar las circunstancias.

Amante de la música, encontraba alegría escuchando a artistas como Luis Miguel y Alejandro Sanz. Era una persona siempre servicial, dispuesto a ayudar a los demás con generosidad y humildad. En el hogar, fue un esposo ejemplar y un padre excepcional, dispuesto a sacrificarse por el bienestar de su familia. Protector y responsable, su familia siempre fue su mayor prioridad.

Como abuelo, Juan era atento y cariñoso con sus nietos, quienes lo recordarán con profundo amor. Su presencia cálida y su carácter firme dejaron una huella imborrable en sus vidas.

Le sobreviven su esposa, Cristina Rodríguez; sus hijos, Germán Rodríguez y John Paul Preciado; sus nietos, Adelia, Promesa y Sebastián; y sus hermanos, Socorro Leos, Gerardo Rodríguez y Virginia Rodríguez.

Le precedieron en la muerte su hija, Verónica Preciado; sus padres, Jesús Rodríguez y Paulina Sánchez; y sus hermanos, Jesús Rodríguez, César Rodríguez, Rubén Rodríguez y Ramiro Rodríguez.

Juan A. Rodríguez será recordado como un hombre de integridad, amor y entrega inquebrantable a su familia y a su nación. Su memoria vivirá para siempre en los corazones de quienes lo amaron.

Juan A. Rodríguez, born on April 19, 1957, in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, to Jesús Rodríguez and Paulina Sánchez, passed away leaving behind a legacy of honor, love, and service that will endure in all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Juan was a man deeply devoted to his family and his country. He proudly served in the Army for 23 years, retiring with the rank of Sergeant First Class (E-7). His sense of duty, discipline, and integrity defined his life; he always did the right thing, no matter the circumstances.

A lover of music, he found joy in listening to artists such as Luis Miguel and Alejandro Sanz. He was always helpful, generous, and humble, consistently willing to serve others. At home, he was an exemplary husband and an exceptional father, willing to sacrifice for the well-being of his family. Protective and responsible, his family was always his top priority.

As a grandfather, Juan was attentive and loving with his grandchildren, who will remember him with deep affection. His warm presence and strong character left a lasting mark on their lives.

He is survived by his wife, Cristina Rodríguez; his sons, Germán Rodríguez and John Paul Preciado; his grandchildren, Adelia, Promesa, and Sebastián; and his siblings, Socorro Leos, Gerardo Rodríguez, and Virginia Rodríguez.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Verónica Preciado; his parents, Jesús Rodríguez and Paulina Sánchez; and his brothers, Jesús Rodríguez, César Rodríguez, Rubén Rodríguez, and Ramiro Rodríguez.

Juan A. Rodríguez will be remembered as a man of integrity, love, and unwavering devotion to his family and his nation. His memory will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved him.
