Silvestre "Berting" Santillan Manabat

IN LOVING MEMORY OF SILVESTRE "BERTING" MANABAT July 31, 1936 - May 20, 2016 Silvestre S. Manabat Sr. was born in Angeles City Pampanga, Philippines On July 31, 1936. He was known as "Berting" to all who knew and loved him. Silvestre will forever be remembered with love by his devoted wife Damiana G. Manabat, along with their children: Rebecca Valmocena and her husband Rodolfo; Silvestre G. Manabat Jr. and his wife Marietta; Cenen G. Manabat; Myra Reyes and her husband Rolando Reyes, and Olivia G. Manabat. All of the children loved and adored him very much and will miss him dearly. Anyone can be a father, but it takes a special man to be a "Dad", and he was very special to all of his children. Not only was he a great father, he was an awesome grandfather to his grandchildren who will carry on his legacy. Kaydee Valmocena and his wife Grace, Reyghie P. Manabat, Marghie P. Manabat, Jhon Nino P. Manabat, Maria P. Manabat, Jenalyn M. Valmocena, Adrian M. Manuel, Kayran Angelo P. Manabat and Kyle M. Manuel, and his Great-Grandchildren: Kurt David Valmocena and Cef Markie Manabat. IN GOD'S PRAYER: Bong Piedad, Angelo Lazaga, Frank Lazaga, Cynthia Knowlton, Francis Manuel and Carlos Perez are special to the family and will miss his presence greatly. Silvestre was a loving Husband, Grandfather and Great Grandfather and will be greatly missed by his family, along with numerous friends.
