Stephen Lutz was born on January 22, 1983, in San Antonio, Texas, to Mr. Stephen Richardson and Ms. Anita Lutz. From an early age, Stephen’s kind heart and humble nature left a lasting impression on those around him. He attended school in the South San Independent School District, where he was well-known and deeply respected by classmates, teachers, and neighbors alike.

Stephen’s life was marked by his love for hard work, creativity, and connection with others. He had a passion for drawing and found joy in expressing his artistry through tattoos. In addition to his artistic talents, Stephen earned his CDL license.  His commitment to his craft and his warm, welcoming personality made him a cherished presence in his community.

Stephen is preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Emma Jane Richardson of Louisiana, and Billy Lutz and Barbara Gotthart of San Antonio, Texas. He is also reunited with his beloved Aunt Georgia Mae and cousin Yvonne Denise Lutz.

Stephen leaves behind a loving family who will carry his memory in their hearts forever. He is survived by his parents, Stephen Richardson and Anita Lutz; his sister and brother, Monique Lutz and William Lutz; and his beloved children, Stephen Jr., Josiah, Abcde, and Prince. Stephen’s legacy continues through his cherished nieces and nephews: De’Andre, Elijah, Joseph, Cain, Bentley, Amari, Alisha, and Amani.

In addition to his immediate family, Stephen is remembered fondly by a large extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will miss him dearly. His warmth, creativity, and generous spirit touched the lives of many, leaving behind a beautiful legacy of love and connection.
