Visitation for Mr. Richard will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at Meadowlawn Tribute Center, 5611 E. Houston St. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, December 14, 2006 at Greater Good News Baptist Church, 1226 Highland, with interment to follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
