  1. CandleImageSis Owens has always been the sweetest person. She was an angel here and I know she is an angel in Heaven. She will be missed but always loved. God bless and keep her wonderful family!

  2. A beautiful woman of God, always smiling and positive when ever I saw her. Her name for me was “Jo Jo”.
Wonderful memories that I will always cherish.

  3. My heart is sad, for I loss another mother who was part of my life, but as a Christian and a child of the most high am happy that she has no more pain . She has cross over . And she happy now.
God blessed you Johnny you have done a great job by taken care and making her feel she was always wanted and Love,Your reward is waiting for you.

  4. My Aunt Tommie was one of the few people who could call me Debbie. Whenever we were at church or any other event at the same time, we would find each other in the crowd. I always felt her love. It was genuine. She absolutely loved my mother, Dora V. Taylor Jones and my father, Jimmy Jones, Sr., who are also present with the Lord. Cousin Johnny my prayers are with you. ——-Love ya’

Dr. Deborah Byrd, Pastor of First Apostolic Church

  6. Aunt Tommie, my heart is saddened that you are no longer physically here with us, you will always be in my heart! You always showed me unconditional love! You will be missed tremendously! Lovingly, Michelle

  7. Mother Tommie’s sweet spirit always brought joy to my heart. My fondest memory will always be the gentle way she closed every conversation with “I love you”. John thank you for sharing a little of your mom with me. Rest In Peace!

  8. John and family,
Please accept my deepest condolences for the loss of Mom. Although, our minds and beliefs know that she is in a better place with our Lord our hearts, still want her physically here with us.

I am so happy that she was able to see her children, nieces, and nephews grow up and do well. I am sure she was able to enjoy some grandkids as well.
May God give you the strength to get through this period of mourning your loss and celebration of a life well lived and beloved. Amen.
    ~~ Grace M. Uzomba, Judge, CC2

  9. CandleImageJohn 14:1-3
“Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.”

Aunt Tommie will definitely be missed. She was such a sweet person, loved by all. Thinking about you and the family during this difficult time. May you find comfort in knowing she is in a place of peace. Much love always!!
