Toni Faye Conditt (Smith) was born June 5th, 1940 in Austin, Texas to her loving parents Lyster Lafayette Conditt and Faye Chaney.
She peacefully passed away February 25, 2024 at the age of 83.
Toni is preceded in death by both parents, her husband Edward Joseph Smith, her daughter Kari Lee Smith, she is survived by her sons Anthony and Shayne Smith, as well as her grandchildren Christopher, Emily, Orlando, Jennifer, Celeste, Michael, Edward Joseph Smith II and Adam Joseph Johnson along with numerous great grandchildren.
Toni’s Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
