Tristen Andrea Benson, age 15, of San Antonio passed away Thursday, May 19, 2005.
She is survived by her parents, Alfred and Brenda Benson; sister, Lacy Daniel (Gault); brother, Ryan Benson; grandparents, Marvin and Cindy Sims; nephews, Ethan and Camden Daniel; and numerous aunts and uncles.
We will miss you and love you.

I knew Tristen at school, and would like to let you all know how sorry I am that she has died. We mourn with you.

I pray that the pain you are feeling passes quickly, and allows you to remember Tristen as she was. i just want to say thank you to tristen for being a nice friend and helping me with things she was a rolemodel to me tho she never knew it for two years and i missed her when she moved onto ninth grade she was really a great person and i hope wherever she is she lives on she gets the life that she really wanted to live tho i never knew the family i just want to say i hope that you will all be ok ur daughter was an awesome person and i promise i will never forget her megan stepanian
Brenda & Alfred, There is no greater pain than the lost of a child. Tristen was a beautiful young woman and loved by so many! We are all blessed to have had her in our lives! We will miss her quirky ways, her scence of humor, her love for all animals, and most of all her smile! Ryan, you are a great brother and we know you will keep her memory alive forever. Lacy & family, We know you were a wonderful sister to Tristen. The love between sisters is never ending! She loved you and the boys.I hope that you can find some peace. Tristen was a great person inside. Even though alot of people didnt get to see that about her. She was a person that i saw crying for help. Tristen and I hung out many times. She always told me her problems. I liked that she felt she could trust me. I will always keep her in my thoughts and prayers. I love you tristen.RIP

What do I have to say to the parents of Tristen? I never really knew her but when i did talk with her she was so smart and willing to try new things. But i never thought this would ever happen! It makes me so angry that she passed so young and its all yall’s problem. You did this to her. This would have never happend if you just listend to this girl. She told me on her birthday that you guys forgot and i was the only one who bought her anything. Do you know how sad that is? well im not trying to be harsh no wait yes i am!!!!!!!!!
