Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, entered into eternal rest on January 24, 2023 at the age of 55. She was born in Jacksonville, NC to Fernando B. Cedillo and Lilia Luisa Molina on October 5, 1967.

Veronica met and married the love of her life, Rene F. Martinez. The two met online and were friends for 18 years. They married on December 17th, 2016, they shared a union of 6 blissful years together. Their marriage was a reflection of true love.

Veronica was a hard-working woman. She worked for AT&T for the last 27 years as their Sr. Office Clerk. In her spare time, she enjoyed getting her nails, feet and her hair done. She enjoyed Volunteering with Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Pioneer at work, then with Knights of Columbus 3rd and 4th degree, and was the Grand Sultana for the Alhambra.

She will be missed dearly and forever cherished for her giving heart, kind spirit, and genuine love.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

She leaves to cherish in her memory, her loving husband, Rene’ Flores Martinez, 6 children: Rene’ A. Martinez (Leslie), Anthony R. Martinez, Daisy M. Martinez, Emilio F. Aguilar, John M. Martinez, and Gabriela A. Aguilar; 9 grandchildren; sisters: Lilia Herron, Cynthia Brinkley, and Sandra Vallery; numerous other close relatives and friends.
