Veronica "Vern" Jaime

veronica  jaime

February 25, 1968 ~ June 24, 2024

Born in: San Antonio, Texas
Resided in: Somerset, Texas

Our beloved Veronica Jaime now rests in her heavenly home with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who called her on June 24 2024,  at the age of
56 after a long battle with cancer. She was born on February 25th, 1968, to Guillermo and Leonor Diaz in San Antonio, Texas.

She reunited, married her high school sweetheart: Edward Jaime, and shared fifteen wonderful years with their fur babies, ducks and chickens in
Somerset, Texas where they called home. Veronica was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, friend, and devoted wife.

She truly enjoyed gardening, crocheting, sewing, and watching her spurs. She had such a compassionate spirit; her smile and laugh were
contagious. She touched many hearts throughout her life and career. Her absence is deeply felt, and her presence will be sorrowfully missed.

Veronica is preceded in death by her godmother Olga “Madrina” Wilson and her fur baby “Dolly” who was part of her family for 15 years.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory; her husband Edward Jaime, her mother; Leonor Diaz, her father; Guillermo Diaz (Juanita), her only sister;
Minerva Diaz Tanberg (Derrick), her children; Richard Tenorio, Jessica Vigil (Daniel), Vincent Tenorio, Melanie Soto and Megan Arriaga, her four
grandchildren; Adrian Vigil, Micaela, Alexander and Jauchua Paul “JP”, along with many other family and friends.
