Victor Garza III

Victor Garza III, 45, passed away November 17, 2019. He was born August 31, 1974 to Victor Garza Jr. and Angelina Villalon in San Antonio, Texas. Victor loved his family and country. He served for many years in the U.S. Army, he was a sergeant and was chosen to lead the Airborne 82nd platoon. Victor was a good and kind soul who would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He was fond of helping and working with the homeless, always giving food or anything he had on hand to help them out. Victor was also known for his sense of humor, always making people laugh and smile. His warmth, smile, and caring ways will be dearly missed by all. Victor is preceded in death by his grandmother, Josefina (Grandma Josie), his tio “Robe”, and his pets, Sunny and Rusty. Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife, Diana Garza; children, Victor Garza IV and Claudia Ordaz; parents, Victor Garza Jr. and Angelina Garza; siblings, Deborah Gonzales and husband, Robert, and Doreen Garza; nieces and nephews, Brianna Gonzales, Mark Maldonado, Aeryk J. Huertas, and Aden J. Huertas; uncle, Armando Villalon; his dear friend that was like a mother to him, Gloria Benavides; and his beloved dog, Peanut.
