William Henry Harvey Jr., fondly known as Bill was born to Dorothy Mae and William Henry Harvey Sr on April 12, 1954, in Bronx, New York.
Bill attended Alfred E Technical School, where he first learned about auto mechanics. After High School Bill joined the United States Army where he honorably served for 10 years.

Bill married the love of his life, Linda Harvey, on July 11, 1986, and celebrated 37 years of marriage. Bill followed his passion for automobiles and work as a mechanic, car salesman, and business owner while enjoying his favorite pastime, car racing.
Bill attended St. Joseph Missionary Baptist Church. Deacon “Big Bill” (as St. Joseph lovingly called him) was devoted to God and served as a Deacon, Fellowship Chef, and Music Ministry Member. He loved to prepare and serve his home-cooked food and bless others as God blessed him. Deacon Harvey was a joyful and dedicated Servant of God. He will be missed greatly.

Willam is proceeded in death by his wife Linda Harvey, parents Dorothy Mae and William Harvey Sr., brother Terence Harvey, nephew Brodrick Singletary, niece Jeannine Norman, and beloved friend Kevin Payne.

William is survived by his children Danico Harvey, Aziza (Shain) Johnson, Kendra Dukes, Quenesha Harvey, Jasmine Rabb, and Marlee Berry. His sisters, Regina Harvey, Arlene Mayers, and Renee (Ray) Lewis. Grandchildren Troydeion, Ayola, Armon, Breanna, Donovan, Aniyah, King, and Genesis; Great grandchildren, Xander and Khalif; a host of family members and amazing friends.

The family of William Harvey Jr. wishes to extend their sincere thanks to the Doctors and Nurses at Methodist Hospital.
