Andre Rashad Dixon

Mr. Andre Rashad Dixon was born on June 16, 1989, in San Antonio, Texas, to Darnell Boyd and Tonya C. Dixon. On May 7, 2026, Andre peacefully departed this life, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, creativity, and cherished memories.

Andre was the beloved oldest son of Tonya C. Dixon and a loving big brother to Tarik Dixon. On his father’s side, Andre was the second oldest of nine children and shared a special bond with his siblings: Darius, Monique, Darnelle, Danielle, Nicholas, Donella, and Destiny.

Andre graduated from John Marshall High School in San Antonio, Texas. He was known for his soulful spirit, warm heart, and joyful personality. Andre had a smile that could light up any room and a presence that made people feel welcomed and loved. He deeply loved his family and treasured the time spent with them.

Andre was a gifted artist who enjoyed drawing and expressing himself through creativity. He also had a love for music and entertainment, especially Michael Jackson. He enjoyed watching movies, dancing, and bringing laughter and happiness to those around him. Andre worked various jobs throughout his life and was known as someone who always carried himself with kindness and humility.

Most importantly, Andre knew God from an early age and carried his faith with him throughout his life. No matter what challenges he faced, he never lost sight of his belief in God and the strength that faith provided him.

Andre leaves to cherish his precious memories: his loving mother, Tonya C. Dixon; his father, Darnell Boyd; his brother, Tarik Dixon; his siblings on his father’s side, Darius, Monique, Darnelle, Danielle, Nicholas, Donella, and Destiny; his nieces and nephews; devoted aunts and uncles; cousins; and a host of relatives and dear friends who will forever hold him close in their hearts.

Though Andre is no longer with us physically, his loving spirit, bright smile, and unforgettable presence will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
