Enrique H. Macias, age 70, passed away on May 2, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. He was born on October 2, 1955, in San Antonio, Texas, where he was also raised and built a life rooted in hard work, family, and community.

Enrique was a devoted husband to the love of his life, Debra D. Macias, with whom he shared 50 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they created a strong and loving family that will carry on his legacy.

He was a proud and dedicated father to Enrique Macias, Jr., Eric Macias (Marisa), America Mendiola (Patrick), and Aaron Macias. Enrique also leaves behind many cherished grandchildren Sabrina, Darren(Juliette), Gage (Karla), Britney (Chris), Leah (Rob), Mya, Mila, Vylet, Zoey, and Odin. His great Grandchildren Jaxson, Jalienne, DJ and Janiyah brought him immense joy and pride. He is further survived by two sisters Julia Rosas, and Gregoria-Flores(Manuel) and five brothers Augustine Macias (Stella), Juan Macias, Joe Macias (Angie), Luis Macias (Terry) and Jesse Macias (Rebecca) along with numerous extended family members and friends who will deeply miss him.

Enrique was known for his incredible work ethic and his generous spirit. He was the kind of man who would give anyone the shirt off his back if they were in need. His kindness and willingness to help others left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

A lifelong sports fan, Enrique enjoyed cheering on the Cowboys and the Spurs, finding joy in every game and sharing that passion with those around him. Enrique was a man who loved his music and his playlist was enormous that would send sound waves to the heavens.

Above all, Enrique will be remembered for his humor and contagious laughter. His ability to bring smiles to others and light up any room will never be forgotten. Enrique was a messenger of God and never judged anyone only their character and if you had him as a friend you had a life long partner for life.

His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
