Ericka Moctezuma Hernandez

Our beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, wife, and friend, Ericka Moctezuma Hernandez, went to be with Lord on September 6, 2023 at the young age of 49. She was born in Mexico to Esteban Moctezuma Cepeda and Nicolasa Hernandez Alvizo on October 20, 1973.

Ericka was a loving mother and devoted wife. She was a woman of the Catholic faith. There were many things that brought her joy such as sewing by hand and singing.

She met and married the love of her life, Santiago Sanchez Garcia on May 27, 1995. They shared a beautiful union of 28 years together, and raised a family of 4 children.

She was a special person and will be deeply missed by all her family and close friends.

When she entered the gates of heaven, she greeted her father: Esteban Moctezuma Cepeda.
She leaves in her memory, her beloved husband: Santiago Sanchez Garcia; her mother: Nicolasa Hernandez Alvizo; her loving children: Ericka J. Sanchez Moctezuma, Stephen Sanchez Moctezuma, Karl Sanchez Moctezuma (Emily Flores), and Kevin Sanchez Moctezuma; 2 beautiful grandchildren: Leonardo Rene Sanchez and Diego Stephen Sanchez; 9 siblings: Braulio Moctezuma, Juan Moctezuma Hernandez, Irma Moctezuma Hernandez, Marta Moctezuma Hernandez, Dolores Moctezuma Hernandez, Luis Moctezuma Hernandez, Jose Abelardo Moctezuma Hernandez, Mirella Moctezuma Hernandez, and Bernardo Moctezuma Hernandez and numerous other close relatives and friends.
