Harley Joseph Hayes was born to Jerry W. Hayes and Sheila M. Anderson Hayes on September 23, 1979 in Peoria, Illinois.
Harley passed of injuries sustained in a tragic car accident in Floresville, Texas on August 27, 2014.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Juanita Smith; daughters, Haley Darline Hayes, Jordan Madison Hayes and Lailah Neveah Hayes; brother, Jeremy Hayes; sisters, Wendy Bahn and Kandy Horner along with other relatives and friends. Harley will be deeply missed. "Fly High Dad"
