Hugh Allen Buckner, age 94, passed away December 7th, 2004 in San Antonio, Texas. Hugh was predeceased by his wife Florence and daughter, Joanne Oliver. He is survived by his daughter, Dianne Warnock and her husband Dennis of San Antonio; his son in law, Joe B. Oliver of El Paso, Texas, three grandsons; Eric G. Oliver of Canton, MI., Ian B. Oliver of Harrisburg, PA., and Phillip Warnock of San Antonio. One niece also survives; Sharri Robinson of South Lake Tahoe, CA. Arrangements by Meadowlawn Crematory.

Dear Dianne, My deepest sympathies on the passing of your dad. Even though I never met him, I feel I knew him through the part of you that shared him with me. I will pray that he is at peace with the heavenly Father. He left a legacy of which he can be proud–a daughter who is a teacher and an inspiration to many young people and to her colleagues and former colleagues.
